Vsolar operates as an EPC contractor. We provide a complete ‘turn key’ solution for all clients.
As an ‘Engineering, Procurement and Construction’ (EPC) contractor we are your one point of contact, managing the the entire project from start to finish, including servicing and maintenance after installation.
We consult with you and determine the best solution.

Residential Solar

Residential solar systems are used in houses and small business where a ‘normal’ power supply is adequate. Our consultation and design process will accurately determine what size and configuration of panels, batteries and inverter will meet individual needs.
Commercial Solar

Systems up to mega watt sizes.

200V or more (high voltage) battery storage.

Single phase and 3 phase options available.
Commercial solar systems are for industrial premises or large office environments. Locations where there are large power demands and there is roof space that allows for large areas of panels to generate significant amounts of power.
In some circumstances there may be no demand for power outside of normal working hours so systems may be built without any battery storage.
Solar System Components
There are 3 major components required for a modern system to power your home.

Solar Panels to generate electricity from sun light.

Inverter, the device that converts DC (Direct Current) to AC (Alternate Current) and backwards, and controls the Solar and Battery power usage during normal Consumption and Power Blackouts.

Battery to store the power for usage after Sunset or during a Power outage.

Solar Panels
Also referred to as photovoltaic (PV) panels, these are the easily recognisable panels placed on the roof of the house.
Solar Panel Warranty
Currently our solar panels come have a 30 year power output warranty.
Power Inverters
The power inverter is the central component in a modern solar system.
It is the ‘brains’, the unit that controls the flow of electricity from the panels to your home’s wiring and to the battery.
The inverter also has additional inputs and outputs which allow connections to the main electricity (PEA) grid and to diesel generators.
Inverters can be monitored, controlled and their settings adjusted using an app on your phone. Over time you can easily understand and adjust your power usage leading to reduced power bills.
Power Inverter Warranty
Currently our Hybrid Inverters have a 10 year warranty.
Battery Storage
Battery technology is advancing rapidly all the time. Costs are falling while storage capacity increases and longevity is extended.
We will spend time with you to understand your energy needs and your pattern of power usage to select the most appropriate battery storage capacity.
Solar Battery Warranty
Our batteries currently have a warranty for 10 years or 6,000 charge cycles.

The resulting system will match your needs and allow options for adjustment and expansion in the future.
Updating Existing Systems
Replace or add to your existing solar panels.
If you require more power generation but you’re limited on space then replacing older less efficient with the latest generation of panels will give you more power generation for the same area of panel.
